CA (39.5625 N, 123.7673 W; Z=0km; ML=4.01; USGS/UCB Joint NOtification System)
on January 24, 1999 at 15:34:56UTC.  An Mw=4.1 and depth of 5 km were obtained
from long-period waves recorded by HOPS, ORV and WDC.
