Seismo-Watch earthquake reports are downloaded from a secure web page. The formats range from the native drawing program, Freehand, to .eps to Illustrator. Font problems are reduced by pre-design discussions or we can convert the fonts to paths and export at .eps. Seismo-Watch uses Apple operating systems, however, we can export the feature to be compatible with a PC's. We use Stuff-It file compaction and either bin or hqx encryption to preserve the documents during transmission.
